Our standard non-pressurised stainless steel tanks, with normal capacities of up to 20,000 litres, are manufactured to either a food grade standard for mixing and storage of water, milk or food products intended for human consumption, or, designed/manufactured for various other liquids to be stored for general industry use.
The tank and its associated mounting, normally legs, may be designed and constructed for at least a 25 year original life in the intended duty.
The design, supply and installation of ancillary equipment may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- CIP systems for the tanks, including selection and supply of removable spray balls or cleaning devices.
- Mixers, agitators and motors.
- Vent/overflow.
- Manway access.
- Heating/cooling jackets with insulation and sheathing.
- Access platforms and ladders.
- Stainless steel conduit for agitators and instruments.
Tanks can be offered either on an ex works basis, delivered to site, or delivered and installed on site including seismically rated hold down bolts.
Level 2 Quality Handover documentation is supplied on completion.
