The Company Directors and Management of HME are totally committed to ensure its employees and other persons are given the highest level of health and safety protection in the workplace. The objective of HME’s Health & Safety Policy is:

“to implement and actively maintain a positive commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace for the protection of all personnel and visitors from injury and illness” with the following strategies:

The Management with regular staff input and review will establish a safe working environment and enforce safe working practices.
The Supervisors shall monitor the safe working practices in their section or department and report Health and Safety performance to management.
The Staff will be required to comply with the safe working procedures which apply to their duties.

To this end, HME is always striving to reach the highest level of health and safety protection for its employees and other persons. HME’s Health & Safety committee meets regularly with Management and training courses relevant to each employee’s job description are on-going.
